HANDSTANDS
I'm passionate about handstands. In sanscrit it is called Adho Mukha Vrksasana.
For me it's meditation. You look for balance every second, connected to your center, until you find this balance point where you are at ease and quiet. Only the present moment is important It's like in life, when you are searching for the zero point where creation emerge and everything is possible.
And i like to teach how to handstand.
